Luke 18:8 NIV: And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”
My dear friend in Christ, Jesus is calling on us to keep faith in him and not let go. The challenges of life must not push us into abandoning our faith in him. Surely, he is coming back again and expects us to keep the faith we have received.
Jude in his writings admonished the believers as follow: My dear friends, I was doing my best to write to you about the salvation we share in common, when I felt the need of writing at once to encourage you to fight on for the faith which once and for all God has given to his people. Jude 1:3.
I encourage you to continue to work by faith. When life throws a challenge at you, respond with your faith in God. If it throws sickness at you, respond with the words of Christ, by his stripes you are healed. When trouble knocks at your door, respond by saying the lord is your deliverer. When it throws confusion at you, respond by saying Christ is your wisdom and refuse to walk in confusion. When it throws insufficiency at you, respond by saying the Lord is your provider. That way, your faith will remain strong as you await the coming of the Lord in Glory.
Declare to yourself loud: I will always walk by faith in Christ. Hallelujah.
Lord Jesus, I receive grace to walk always by faith. In Jesus Name. Amen.
