Deuteronomy 30:14 AMPC: But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your mind and in your heart, so that you can do it.
My dear friend in Christ, today’s message is a reminder that the word of God is near you and so there is no excuse for not doing the word. We are called to do the word. When we are faced with the challenges of life, do not be confused about what to do. Instead of going around looking for God to intervene in the situation, use the word of God that is in you. All you need is to believe that when you declare the word of God over that situation, you will get a favorable result.
Notice that it says that the word is right in your heart. God speaks to us in our hearts concerning the things he wants us to do. Do not hesitate to do them. There is no need trying to rationalize it before carrying out the actions. This is what the scripture recorded in Deuteronomy 30:9 as the blessings you will enjoy if you listen and do his word. “And the Lord your God will make you abundantly prosperous in every work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, of your cattle, of your land, for good; for the Lord will again delight in prospering you, as He took delight in your fathers”. This means that your struggle will cease if you can only do the word of God.
Declare to yourself loud: I will listen and do the word of God.
- Holy Spirit, put my heart in remembrance of God’s Word.
- Oh Lord, cause your blessings to overflow in my life.
- I receive courage to do your will. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Please add your personal intentions.
