John 20:25 AMP: So the other disciples kept telling him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the marks of the nails, and put my finger into the nail prints, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe.”
My dear friend in Christ, I am sure you are familiar with the saying that seeing is believing. Well, it might interest you to know that this saying is against God’s idea. It is a canal saying by man, who only believe what is visible to his naked eyes. Unknown to many, there is an unseen world that cannot be seen with the naked eyes. A typical example is a microorganism that is not visible to the naked eyes. That should give man clues that there are things that even the best microscope cannot see.
God only delights in faith. Believe whatever He says because He cannot lie. When you are dealing with God, stop insisting on seeing before you believe just as Thomas did today. Without faith, we cannot please God. Hebrews 11:6. Sometimes, the Lord will instruct you to take any action to either avert danger or assist someone; you don’t have to wait until you see or understand, simply carry out the instructions given to you. Many are currently doubting the existence of God or His ability to work miracles simply because they are yet to see such. Don’t join those who take that path, rather separate yourself and believe that God can do all the things.
Declare to yourself loud: Lord I believe.
1. Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that you are the son of God who died and gave your life for me, keep me away from men who doubt the mighty works of your hand, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
2. Please add your personal intentions.
